Passkey account

signed out

Your account is derived from the passkey's PRF output. On Chrome, passkeys saved to a local profile often lack PRF. Use a synced passkey: Google Password Manager, iCloud Keychain, 1Password or Windows Hello.

Private follower identity

main

The same passkey derives a second address (HKDF info secp256k1/account/1). Nothing onchain ties it to your main address: leaders and the public see a vault owned by an address used nowhere else. Only your passkey knows both are yours.

Do not fund the private address from your main one: that transfer is itself the link. On testnet, fill it with Get testnet MON + AUSD in the account menu.

Sign in with your passkey first.

Signing session

Small actions (manual sync, checkpoint, tightening your limits) sign without a prompt for 30 minutes. Withdrawals, following a new leader, raising limits, posting or unbonding a bond always ask for your passkey again.

The session key lives only in this tab's memory and is gone when you sign out, close the tab, or the session ends.

Stateless test

Copas stores no key. Clear site data or open a fresh browser profile, then sign in with the same passkey: you get the same address back, rebuilt from the passkey's PRF output.
